The operations of FiBS are developed and supervised by a 7-9-member, annually selected board that is composed of representatives of member companies. Co-ordination is the responsibility of the executive director, who, together with the board, sets principles and annual targets for the association. FiBS is financed through membership fees and an allocation from the Ministry of Employment and Economy.
